Dosage: Mix 1 scoop (17.15g) with 500–600ml water and drink during or immediately after training. The amount of water can be adjusted to achieve the desired taste.

DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED 1 SCOOP WITHIN A 24H PERIOD.
