If you're using URANIUM for the first time, consume only one scoop to get a feel for how well you react to the product's strong blend. Only after several separate trials of one scoop that have all given a good reaction should you increase the dose to two scoops.

For best effect, the product should not be used on an empty stomach, and a good amount of water should have been consumed during the day or 1h before use.

Dosage: Mix 1–2 scoops with 300–600ml water and consume 30–45 min before training or physical activity. The amount of water can be adjusted to achieve the desired taste without the product losing effectiveness.
