HYDROGEN is best used during or immediately after a tough training session to provide fast energy and efficiently restore glycogen levels.

Dosage: Mix 1 scoop of HYDROGEN with 500ml cold water and shake until the powder is fully dissolved. Drink during or after training.

DO NOT, FOR ANY REASON, EXCEED 2 SCOOPS WITHIN A 24H PERIOD.
